REAP stands for Real Engagement through Active Philanthropy. This professional group of men are intentional about funding and investing in the businesses and programs that uplift the black community and other under-resourced groups of people. The image of a plant emerging from the ground depicts how something as small as a seed, when planted in good soil, can produce a great harvest. The complementing tribal design references the African American heritage of generosity and community.
